Casa Coloroa is a Balinese style house on the beach at the Palmetto Bay development in Roatan. The entire house is made of wood and sits on stilts which is very common in Caribbean architecture. This house is on the sand and has vegetation surrounding it. A set of stairs takes you up to an open air terrace area with many chairs and hammocks. There is an additional terrace with mosquito screens allowing the ocean breeze to pass. A dinning table that seats six is located in this area. Tropical plants adorn the center of the table.
Inside Casa Coloroa is a small kitchen with a breakfast bar and high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top, oven, kitchen ware and glasses. This vacation home in Roatan also has a washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. A sofa living room area has a media center with a television that has cable TV. Free WiFi is also available throughout the house.
Six people can sleep comfortably in three bedrooms at Casa Coloroa. One bedroom has two single beds, another one has a queen bed and the final room has a king bed. Two bathrooms are shared between the rooms; they have walk-in showers, free toiletries and linen. The house offers towels for guests who want to go to the Palmetto Bay club house which has a huge pool in front of the ocean. This complex also has a restaurant and bar which open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
